Since 1987, I am delighted to welcome you in my store, as in a gourmet palace. I decided to make this boutique a first-class one, in the tradition of grand chocolate, which my family represents. My grandparents were chocolate producers. For 55 years, my father Michel Cluizel has developped their know-how. He is one of the rare to follow his creations, from carefully selected plantations- all over the world- right to the final decorating touch. The quality guarantee is absolute, due to our « Noble ingredient » commitment. My brothers, my sister and I perpetuate this tradition in the family factory.
